Delete your Stat Clash account

Submit a request below. Deletion is not immediate — you must confirm via email, then a 30-day cool-off period applies.

How to request deletion

  1. Enter the email address registered to your Stat Clash account.
  2. Submit this form — we will email you a confirmation link.
  3. Click the link in that email to confirm deletion.
  4. After confirmation, your account enters a 30-day cool-off period. You cannot log in during this time.
  5. When the cool-off ends, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.

What is deleted

  • Profile information (name, email, bio, avatar, address)
  • Account credentials and authentication settings
  • Device registrations and notification preferences

What may be retained

  • Transaction, contest, and wallet records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or regulatory compliance (typically up to 7 years)
  • Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
